Salvatore Randazzo:

How much I love experimenting and discovering new, exciting combinations. My cooking style is based on classic Sicilian cuisine, with worldly influences I give my own twist to dishes. Recognizability is number one.

I like leaving the product as it is. I am guided by the seasons and the fresh products they offer. The pursuit of quality in every detail and the continuous search for even better products drives me. My childhood in Sicily and the extensive network of suppliers I built there allow me to import and use the most authentic and high-quality ingredients.
